This weekend saw the opening round of the QLD State Development Series 2019 at the Nerang Nats.
Congratulations to the Nerang BMX Club for putting on such a great event to open the 2019 season. The event was live streamed and you can check out all the action from both days at the Nerang BMX Facebook page.
There was a star studded Superclass field who competed over the two days including current elite National Champions Brandon Te Hiko and Erin Lockwood, former elite National Champions Corey Frieswyk and Leanna Curtis, plus up an coming potential stars of the future Matt Krasevskis, Issac Kennedy, Jesse Asmus, Des'Ree Barnes, Kiana Botfield and Chloe Jackson.
Over 300 riders competed over the two days from across Queensland being joined by riders representing NSW, NT, and VIC. The racing through the 14, 15, 16 and 17-24 year Men and Women Classes was fantastic with over 60 riders taking the gate.
